Marcelo Kneese - Mr. Kneese began his career at The Chase Manhattan
Bank where he spent 12 years, including four years in the New York headquarters.
As a Vice President of Corporate Finance, Mr. Kneese closed a series of
significant transactions in the capital markets, m&a, structured finance,
loan syndications, and derivatives products areas for clients in the mining
& metals, oil & gas, petrochemicals and technology, media and
telecommunications industries in Brazil. Subsequently, Mr. Kneese worked
as a Director of ING Bank NV in São Paulo, as the corporate banker
responsible for coverage of the media and telecoms, automotive and transportation
industries. Mr. Kneese has a Master of Business Administration degree
from the New York University, a Bachelor in Law degree from São
Francisco Law School – University of São Paulo (USP), and
a bachelor’s degree in Business Administration from FAAP. In addition,
Mr. Kneese has been a teacher for the Capital Markets courses at FAAP
from 1987 to 1990 (BA program) and in 1999 (MBA program), besides teaching
“The Basics of Corporate Finance” course of the International
Commerce Masters Degree at University of São Paulo from 2001 to
2002. |
