PARTNERS Marcio Fiuza - From 1997 trough 2001, Mr. Fiuza worked for Bear, Stearns & Co. Inc., one of the leading Wall Street investment banks in New York. Most recently, Mr. Fiuza was a Vice President at the Global Communications group, where he worked on several public and private debt and equity market transactions as well as mergers and acquisitions across various segments of the telecom, media and technology industries. Prior to joining Bear, Stearns & Co. Inc. Mr. Fiuza worked with the CVRD group under various capacities including strategic planning and assistant to the Chief Financial Officer of California Steel Industries, Inc., a CVRD subsidiary in the United States. Mr. Fiuza holds a Master of Businesses Administration degree from the Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania.
